Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about units, registration, fees, and exits. This page describes the platform. It is not an offer of securities.

What is a unit?

A unit is your holding in an offering. The application shows the number of units and your share of the project. Units represent economic rights in the offering vehicle or contracted cash flows, not physical energy delivery or legal title to land.

Who may invest?

Accredited investors complete registration before they subscribe. The licensed partner for the offering sets eligibility. Compliance review is completed before registration and allocation proceed.

Which account do I use?

You invest from your Juggervault account. A subscription is paid from the cash balance on that account.

Where are fees shown?

Fees for a subscription, a dividend claim, or a buyback request, including any processing fee, are shown on the offering before you confirm.

How do I check an offering?

An offering is listed when a licensed partner opens it. The offering page publishes the documents for that offer, together with the units, the price, and the share of the project. Read those documents before you subscribe. The licensed partner controls the offer. Juggervault provides the rails.

How does an exit work?

Continuous secondary trading is not available in the current phase. Where the offering includes issuer buyback, you may request repurchase at the configured price when the issuer is willing to accept the request. Buyback is not a guaranteed put. A project may also pay cash at maturity, on refinancing, or on a sale.

How long do registration and settlement take?

The application shows the status of your registration and of each request. Registration is reviewed before you can subscribe. After a subscription, dividend claim, or buyback request is accepted, the result is recorded on your Juggervault account. Timing follows that review and the terms of the offering.

What does processing mean?

Processing means the request has been received and is not yet complete. It may be awaiting review or settlement. The application shows the current status. Wait for that status to change before you submit the same request again.
